How long does it take for shipping?
Orders received from Monday to Friday before 12.00 are delivered to the courier the same day. The shipment then takes 24/48H.
You will receive the code to track your package once the shipment has been made via a second confirmation email.

Shipments to Italy cost 5.50 euros.

Shipments are free for orders over 55 euros.

As soon as the package is delivered to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with the code to track the shipment.

Exchange, return or refund
If you receive defective goods or in case of shipping errors, please report the incident within 14 days to customer service by writing an email to persiincoreashop@gmail.com to agree on the return method.

Returns are only accepted for products that have not already been used.

We are sorry! We try to package all products so that they arrive in excellent condition at your door, but it can happen that the product is damaged in transit. In the case of damaged products, contact customer assistance at persiincoreashop@gmail.com attaching a photo of the damaged product and we will refund or replace it as soon as possible!

Orders can be canceled only if they have not already been processed. Orders placed before 12.00 Monday to Friday are despatched the same day, so please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order.
