1. Shipping
Orders received from Monday to Friday before 12.00 are delivered to the courier the same day. The shipment then takes 24/48H (Italy) 48/96H (Europe).
You will receive the code to track your package once the shipment has been made via a second confirmation email.
2. Returns
If you receive defective goods or in case of shipping errors, please report the incident within 10 working days to customer service by writing an email to info@kippun-haru.com to agree on the return method.

La salvezza!
Ho acquistato questa maschera in seguito ad un trattamento viso troppo "aggressivo", che ha lasciato la mia pelle (normalmente mista/grassa) secchissima e piena di pellicine. Ho fatto soltanto un'applicazione ma già stamattina ho visto un'enorme differenza: per la prima volta dopo una settimana non ho più quella fastidiosa sensazione di pelle che tira e prude! Idrata moltissimo e a lungo, senza però rimanere unta. Acquisto salvavita, super consigliata
