1. Shipping
Orders received from Monday to Friday before 12.00 are delivered to the courier the same day. The shipment then takes 24/48H (Italy) 48/96H (Europe).

2. Returns
If you receive defective goods or in case of shipping errors, please report the incident within 10 working days to customer service by writing an email to info@kippun-haru.com to agree on the return method.

Ho utilizzato questo prodotto di sera direttamente dopo la detersione, dopo aver rimosso la maschera ho lasciato agire tutta la notte. L'effetto rigenerante è stato immediato. Sulla mia pelle grassa e a tendenza acneica non ha causato alcun rossore ed è stata un toccasana. Mi ha lasciato un effetto glass, la mia pelle era idratata e su alcune zone dove avevo macchie e rossori è stata miracolosa e lenitiva. Approvato!!
