1. Shipping
Orders received from Monday to Friday before 12.00 are delivered to the courier the same day. The shipment then takes 24/48H (Italy) 48/96H (Europe).
You will receive the code to track your package once the shipment has been made via a second confirmation email.
2. Returns
If you receive defective goods or in case of shipping errors, please report the incident within 10 working days to customer service by writing an email to info@kippun-haru.com to agree on the return method.

Comprai questo detergente, insieme alla crema della stessa linea, per ridurre il problema dell'acne. Purtroppo nel mio caso, avendo io una pelle sensibile (oltre che a tendenza acneica), questo detergente risulta un po' aggressivo (sospetto sia a causa della presenza del TEATREE che è una sostanza che disinfetta la pelle ma allo stesso tempo può sensibilizzarla e irritarla). Quindi, se come me avete una pelle sensibile, vi sconsiglio questo prodotto.
