Exfoliation should be done 2/3 times a week according to the needs of the skin. Do not use other exfoliating products together.
- After cleansing your face, use one of the supplied wipes; - Use the rough part first to exfoliate your skin; - Turn the disk over and remove dead cells with the soft part.

1. Shipping
Orders received from Monday to Friday before 12.00 are delivered to the courier the same day. The shipment then takes 24/48H (Italy) 48/96H (Europe).
You will receive the code to track your package once the shipment has been made via a second confirmation email.
2. Returns
If you receive defective goods or in case of shipping errors, please report the incident within 10 working days to customer service by writing an email to info@kippun-haru.com to agree on the return method.
