This serum contains 15% Niacinamide and various ingredients in synergy to effectively treat acne-prone skin. Niacinamide regulates sebum production, smoothes the skin and improves the appearance of acne scars. Other ingredients include N-acetylglucosamine (NAG) to gently exfoliate the skin and fade hyperpigmentation, zinc PCA to balance the skin's sebum and water levels, and allantoin to promote collagen production.
Step 6 of the Korean beauty routine: day and night
Apply two or three drops on the face avoiding the eye and mouth contour;
Spread and massage evenly for maximum absorption.
Caution: Test a small amount of the products first to see if any irritation appears. In case of sensitivity to one of the active ingredients, discontinue use. Keep out of the reach of children and store them in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
1. Shipping
Orders received from Monday to Friday before 12.00 are delivered to the courier the same day. The shipment then takes 24/48H (Italy) 48/96H (Europe).
You will receive the code to track your package once the shipment has been made via a second confirmation email.
2. Returns
If you receive defective goods or in case of shipping errors, please report the incident within 10 working days to customer service by writing an email to info@kippun-haru.com to agree on the return method.
Returns are only accepted for products that have not already been used.

Avevamo raggiunto la soglia per ottenere la maschera gratis, ma essendo esaurita non ci è stata consegnata.
Il problema è che alla richiesta di chiarimenti per il disservizio e di poterla riscattare magari con un codice al prossimo acquisto, la fantomatica assistenza che dice di rispondere entro 10 ore, non ha risposto (e sono passati giorni).
Ribadisco i prodotti fantastici, ma quando ci sarà un nuovo distributore in Italia forse non continueremo ad acquistare qua.
